We believe in helping people succeed.

Our purpose is to make positive and meaningful impacts in people’s lives

We do this by helping them get clarity on what they want to achieve. Recognising what is important in their lives, then focusing on that.

At My Advisory Board, we serve entrepreneurs, empowering them to achieve their goals and live their purpose through their business.

In fact, if they don’t achieve their goals, we work for them for free until they do. (Or, if they prefer, we donate all the money they paid us to charity.)

How does having an Advisory Board help my business?

It helps you execute your strategy to achieve your goals.

Our work with you is on implementation and execution.

“Strategy is Easy, Execution is Hard”

Well – so the saying goes. We don’t believe execution is that hard, it’s just that you have to know how to do it.

That’s what we do – help you execute. Help you take the ideas and plans you have for your business and turn them into reality.

Have got big plans for your business? Awesome!

Have you tried courses? read lots of business books? Can you recommend at least a dozen great business podcasts?

Then see if this sounds familiar:

“I think I have attended every course for entrepreneurs in Australia. I have received inspiration from all of them. I would come back full of ideas and give them all a shot. Then a month later, I would go to the next course and try a new set of ideas!”

One of our favourite sayings is:

“Business is more likely to die from indigestion than starvation”

Ideas and plans are wonderful, but it’s the focus on key priorities that is the basis of great execution.

“It wasn’t until I brought focus to picking our key priorities and executing those that my business really took off”

We will help you get clarity on your goals (if you don’t already have them written down.) Then we will help you turn those goals into a strategic plan for your business.

But what we really do is help you achieve those strategic objectives.

We are so confident that if you work with us you will achieve your strategic objectives, that we guarantee it. If you don’t achieve your objectives in the first 12 months, we will keep working with you for free until you do.

We run two Advisory Board sessions a month, one on Melbourne's Mornington Peninsula and our newest one in Sydney's CBD.

Right now we have 1 spot available in MelbournE and we have 2 spots left in SydneY. Brisbane starts in August 2018

If you would like to talk to us about having one of these spots, book a call with us. If you decide to sign up and it’s not for you, we will refund 100% of your first Advisory Board session.

My Advisory Board, its methodologies and techniques have been developed by our founder, experienced business coach and mentor Craig D Robinson. Below are some of the testimonials from business owners he has helped.

"Craig has an exceptional business mind. He is able to see to the heart of issues very quickly and able to come up with creative and simple solutions that have driven our business ahead incredibly rapidly. The experience and knowledge that Craig has brought to our business has been key to our success.”

"My first impressions were that Craig was quick, intelligent, solution focused and resourceful. His mentorship led to business reality checks that I had not been aware of to really approach the 'nuts and bolts' of my business. Craig kept me accountable and helped with providing a clearer understanding of financials and marketing. I can honestly say that Craig has had a huge effect on the way I understand my business as well as how important metrics are to move any business forward."

"Having Craig on our Advisory Board has been one of the best decisions we ever made. His outside perspective helps us see things from a new angle. He knows the construction industry inside-out, so knows the problems we face and can offer practical solutions to overcome them. He has an uncanny ability to look through a huge range of reports and spot the future trouble spots before they eventuate. We don’t always agree with every bit of advice, but it definitely gets us thinking and challenging the way we automatically do things.”
