INNOVATOR

 

 

The innovator program is our base level program. This is designed for businesses that are looking to grow or begin the journey to getting funding. It helps you get the skills and support to give you need to build a resilient and thriving small business. This is also a good start if you want to see if the My Advisory Board works for you to take your idea from seed to a thriving small business. 

INCLUSIONS

  • 10 Advisory Board meetings per year, sitting within a confidential council of up to 5 other businesses, chaired and facilitated by My Advisory Board founder Craig D Robinson. Only a single Founder or Director may attend for each business.

  • Coaching on how to build an effective performance monthly dashboard and setting your key lead and lag indicators personalised around your strategic goals.

  • 45 minutes of the meeting will be dedicated to your business. Going through your Company Dashboard, Key Lead and Lag Indicators, then agreeing Sales Targets and Strategic Priorities for the coming month. 

  • Two 45 minute presentations or topic explorations facilitated by your Advisory Board Chair at each meeting. These will cover areas that are seen as most relevant to the group that month – addressing areas that several businesses are struggling with or interested in."

  • You will also sit on the council for up to 5 other businesses. Learn from their challenges and the coaching provided by the Board Chairman and experiences and learnings put forward by other members of the council.

MASTERY

 

 

Our Mastery program is for entrepreneurs further along with their journey to success. 

If you have attended seminars, regularly read business books and have podcasts on your phone, you are already equipped with the knowledge for a great strategic plan.

Mastery will get you focused on implemnetation and execution.

 

INCLUSIONS

  • 10 Advisory Board meetings per year, sitting within a confidential council of 4 other businesses. Each business can bring along up to 2 people. Chaired and facilitated by My Advisory Board founder Craig D Robinson. 

  • Coaching on how to build an effective performance monthly dashboard and setting your key lead and lag indicators personalised around your strategic goals.

  • 90 minutes of the meeting will be dedicated to your business. Going through your Company Dashboard, Key Lead and Lag Indicators, then agree your Sales Targets and Strategic Priorities for the coming month. 

    • 1 hour to present your results and proposed direction

    • 30 minutes of one-on-one follow up with your Mentor to discuss strategic results and challenges facing your business

  • Two 45 minute presentations or topic explorations facilitated by your Advisory Board Chair at each meeting. These will cover areas that are seen as most relevant to the group that month – addressing areas that several businesses are struggling with or interested in.

  • You will can also sit in as part of the council for up to 4 other businesses. Learn from their challenges and the coaching provided by the Board Chairman and experiences and learnings put forward by other members of the council.

  • Continue business discussions over lunch with your Mentor and business council

CONQUEROR 

 

Conqueror is a program that will be specifically designed for more mature businesses ready to invest both time and resources to scale their business to the next level. This program offers much more one-on-one advisory to build significant value into your business and broader entrepreneurial pursuits longer term.

INCLUSIONS

  • 3 Half-Day Strategic Retreats to review your business progress and discuss and decide the future direction of your company.
  • Each retreat will be attended by two accomplished Entrepreneurs acting as mentors, along with up to 4 Founders or Managers from within your business

  • You will also have month-to-month support, the months where you don’t have a strategic retreat you will report to an Advisory Board with a Chairman (one of the Mentors attending your Strategic Retreats) and a council of up to 4 other businesses:

    • 90 minutes each month will be dedicated to your business, reviewing your Company DashboardKey Lead and Lag Indicators, then agree your Sales Targets and Strategic Priorities for the coming month.

    • You will sit on a council for up to 4 other businesses. Learn from their challenges and the coaching provided by the Board Chairman and experiences and learnings put forward by other members of the council.

    • Continue business discussions over lunch (provided) with your Mentor and business council

  • Ongoing support from your mentor to discuss critical issues and decisions in your business as needed.

OUR COUNCIL APPROACH 

Developed based on a blend of our own experiences in business coaching, conferences, courses and mentoring, our round table council approach for shared advisory board is a cost effective method to provide you with support and advice from some of the most relevant coaches - other likeminded business owners, based on their own experiences. 

We are not looking for opinions or ideas  (try those in your own business and tell us how it went.) We want to know what situations people have faced, what they tried to fix it and how it worked out.

Our council method means after discussing your business, you also have the opportunity to spend the rest of the day learning from the strategies and tactics used by other businesses. Listening to how they overcame problems and the advice they get to overcome the challenges they are facing this month.

All of our councils have strict confidentiality policies, nothing discussed around the table should ever be discussed outside of the Advisory Board environment.
